Have your proof of purchase or extended warranty certificate available

We will investigate the fault and order the parts for the repair that same day, parts in most cases arrive the following working day.

We will repair the tool upon receipt of the spares and test to ensure that original functionality is restored.

Finally we will contact you to arrange the delivery back to you.
